Participate with context and respect.
These are plain-language behavior expectations. Formal prohibited-use rules remain in the Acceptable Use Policy.
Respect people
Do not use participation to harass, threaten, or target other people.
Respect context boundaries
Public, private, and professional contexts should not be manipulated to expose participation outside its intended boundary.
Do not deceive
Do not impersonate people, manipulate identity, or use spam and deceptive behavior to distort participation.
Follow community rules
Communities can set additional expectations for members, moderators, and leaders.
Report harmful behavior
Use reporting and grievance paths when conduct needs review rather than escalating harm inside the community.
